Very difficult to get responses back and information. As far as I could tell the quality of the work was OK, Yet, I must admit I expected a lot more for the cost as well as a much more detailed report and how to deal with the problem. I had to ask questions before I got information. I never did get a promised reference on who to contact to clean up the mold.
