Description of Work: Joe did a complete remodel on a REO home I bought and did a first rate job at a price that was well withing my budget. He ended up increasing the value of the home an additional 20k over the cost of his work. I plan on using him for all of my remodels in the future.

Joe took care of everything, ordering the cabinets, countertops, appliances, flooring, backsplash. It all went smoothly and I was moving in on time, with a brand new kitchen.
Description of Work: Joe did a great job on my kitchen remodel. We bought an older house and needed to remodel the kitchen on a budget. Fillman Construction was very accommodating in finding cabinets, counter tops, and appliances to help meet my needs. The wall needed to be demoed to open up the space and create a kitchen with a great room. Then we installed tile floors in the kitchen, bamboo floor in the main room, along with adding an island. The home went from being very outdated, to a complete modern yet homey kitchen/great room. Everything was done on time and on budget. I would definitely recommend Fillman Construction to everyone, and use them for future projects.
