+ -1 moreThe first day of work, I had asked that the termite work outside be done, because I have a dog and cats, and didn't want them exposed to the treatment and I could be home for the process that day. The workers were right on time, very friendly and very accommodating to my needs and schedule. It took a few days to complete all of the work. One of the gentlemen happened to be the owner's son, and was great at making my dog feel at ease. They were polite and professional, and personable, and were very attentive to keeping their dust and dirt contained, placing drop cloths in their travel paths and removing all construction debris daily. With the termite treatment, some dirt and plants were moved, but Jess was careful to put it all back in place. Jeshua was great at keeping me updated on what they were going to accomplish each day and asking for clarification to make sure it was being done within my expectations. I also decided to get new vanities at the last minute and he offered to pick them up for me after I purchased them at a local store. The new shower/tub enclosure and floor look terrific, my leaks are repaired,and now I feel confident I'm protected from the termites coming into the structure of my home. I didn't realized when I asked for a termite inspection that this company was also an excellent remodeling company as well. I'm very pleased with their work and their staff, and would be happy to refer them to others or have them back again should the need arise.
Description of Work: I contacted the company because I found termites in the dirt around the house. Ray Carrier, the owner of the company, came out and did a thorough inspection. He checked everywhere inside, out and under the house. Besides the termite problem, he found water damage in the front bathroom (which I was afraid was there), a plumbing leak under the house (which could draw the termites), and roof damage. My house was built in 1979 and had a composite roof overlaid on the other in '93, a year before I acquired it. Ray wanted to make sure I had no questions left or concerns before he finished his inspection, and was helpful answering other questions I had about home maintenance. I found him to be very helpful, honest, knowledgeable, and informative. I received the estimate of the work to be done with well-defined trouble areas, remedies and costs. Upon agreeing to the work, they were great about arranging the work to my schedule. Since the front toilet (which was old) had to be taken up to do the work, I realized I should put in a newer water saving one, and since the floor was being redone ,also the old fiberglass original shower which was cracked and had old corroded plumbing might as well be re-done also. Ray came back out before the work start date to give me an estimate on the added shower work and explained options for the work. He was also great at helping with tile color selection on the new shower/tub enclosure, matching the new flooring. My original estimate was $2455 for termite treatment and repairs, but after adding the remodel work, it was closer to $4500, which was very reasonable.

I just spent twenty minutes on the phone with a technician this morning about the pests at the property. They are really good. They are reasonable. Their price is competitive.
