Rick Daniel Home Inspections

Description of Work: Rick Daniels did a complete & thorough inspection on a 2 bed/1Bth home in upper Sonora hills in Sonora Meadows. During a typical inspection process all the utilities need to be available in order to test appliances, heaters, water heaters and review electrical & plumbing as well, A basic sanity check for the house structure is required when a Buyer wants to purchase a home. We had to improvise again as the Listing Agent has shut utilities on & off during the inspection process ( an REO) an Rick was graciuos enough to improvise by utilizing my barbacue propane cynlinder hook up as the other Realtor had just had the Propane shut off again, making it impossible to check out the condition of the either the Heater & to my surprize the non existant air conditioning system operated as well , even though it wasn't an ammenity listed in the MLS. he spent the time to explain to the Buyer the condition of the home she inetended to purchase and answered all guestions easily.
