Ramon provided excellent service. We had a roof leak and he repaired it quickly as rain was forecasted at the end of the week. We asked him to review the roof for any other issues and he found 2 additional roof jacks that needed repair and he came back the following week to complete the additional work.

Good work but seems a bit expensive.

Initially, I had to follow-up on the arrival time for the estimate (Ramon arrived several hours after his previously scheduled time). However, the job was completed 2 days after the on-site estimate was made. The work was completed in less than one day and his employees cleaned up the work area once they were finished.

Responded ultra fast, got the job started immediately, and left the place in pristine condition.

Ramon and his crew are professional and friendly. He even went for the extra and uncovered repair works without additional charge.

Ramon was courteous, knowledgable, did the job when and as promised. Went above and beyond as we couldn't match tile color so he pulled tiles from the back of the house to place in front and used the replacement tiles in the back where they are not seen. Very reasonable pricing. I would definitely use him again and recommend him highly.

Ramon came to repair my roof in 2013. Overall, he was pleasant, courteous & professional. Two concerns: 1) He set his crew up to work on the roof and he was going to take off and start another job. 2) He was not set up to take credit cards. We were forced to pay cash or relinquish our cash by paying with a check. On a positive note, Ramon stayed to supervise crew when I expressed dissatisfaction at him leaving. We paid with a check and he provided a professional receipt. A year later and my roof is still fine, he did good work so I'd hire him again. Hope he sets up credit card option.

Ramon showed up on time for the bid; wrote the bid as we waited. He did the work in the next few days. Again, he was punctual, explained the work thoroughly and was reasonably priced. All in all, I would highly recommend him.

He didn't call to reschedule or notify me about our appt. I called him 2 hrs later. He couldn't even tell me what time the appt was scheduled for.
