Job completed as contracted. workers are competent, hard working, and willing to listen to owners concerns. The owner Ramon Garcia is up front with his bid and the job to be done. I would recommend his to anyone needing roof repairs or installation. 5 stars all around.

Mr. Garcia quoted me a price and when an additional minor fix turned into a larger repair, he did not charge me extra for it, that more than makes up for being late and some nails left in the grass. Stellar work!

I initially contracted Ramon Garcia to repair (or replace) several damaged metal tiles on my roof. The damage was inflicted when a solar energy company installed panels on the roof. Upon inspection of the roof, Ramon pointed out that the panels were improperly installed, and that the roof would leak over time, causing rotting of the lower (shake) roof. I verified his analysis, and also contracted him to "redo" the solar installation, since he has proven experience in that field. He did an excellent job in repairing a faulty installation that would have been very costly to fix after the rainy season.
