We recently used Fred for a home inspection. We are first time buyers and Fred's inspection really made us feel better about the whole process. He is incredibly thorough, takes his time to explain his findings in detail, and was happy to have us along the way to answer all of our questions and concerns. I cannot recommend him highly enough -- we really enjoyed our time with Fred and feel really confident in the inspection he conducted for our house.

Frank was very responsive and communicative leading up to the inspection. In the reminder email we received for our inspection appointment, there was a helpful link that covered what to inspect. During the inspection, Frank was prompt to let us know about higher priority repairs and at the end of the appointment, I had the detailed inspection report in hand. 100% would recommend.

Fred has excellent knowledge and great customer service. I needed my reports done ASAP and he made it happen!

Fred was very professional. He arrived on time and let me know the outline of his procedure. Kept everything very clean and checked in with me periodically to let me know how things were progressing. Very minimal disruption to my day which was nice as I was working from home that day. Upon completion he went over the inspection, highlighting some areas of minor concern and let me know he would have the full report available online by later that day. All in all a great experience and I will definitely use this company again in the future.
