It is such a horrible experience. As somebody else mentioned, it is sure a language barrier but these guys are taking it for their advantage to revise the cost after the work. I advise have a written message or piece of paper to agree before. I have paid the full amount and the guys is still not finished the job. I would not recommend Pena. I should have gone with a licensed contractor for less stressful and peace of mind.

There was a language barrier. Nothing was done according to what I said and I wouldnt recommend it. The future Son-in-law was the only one who understood me, other than that? I should have gone with the other guy. I am still having problems with my sprinklers!
