They did a good job. They were a little slow in finishing the job, however. They were working on other jobs at the same time, like most contractors do. It took them almost a week longer than I expected for them to finish the job. However, their overall work was very good. I am very satisfied with how the bathroom turned out.

There is no grade low enough for this company. We had problems from the get-go. They contract out the work to be done and they don't supervise anything. They had the kitchen demo'd on a monday(with one guy) and they didn't start installing the cabinets until a week later (by a different guy). So that meant that we had no kitchen during that time, not even a microwave. We knew there would be sacrafices while the work was being done, but that whole week of looking at an empty kitchen without any work being done was terriable. Then the people that were supposed to be installing the cabinets showed up one day but then they didn't come back for a few days. That was how the whole installation went. They'd work one day and then they wouldn't come back for two-three days. That was bad enough and a cause for complaint but that wasn't the end of our problems. The guys that were installing the cabinets did not know what they were doing, they had no concept of math I guess because the angles were all off so there was gaps inbetween the cabinets and the crown moulding. Some places it was so bad that we could stick our finger all the way up to our second knuckle in the cracks. Definitely not seamless. They had ordered the wrong sizes and then installed the wrong cabinets three times. So that was the second strick against them, but there is more. The quality of the cabinets and granite was very poor. Some of the wood was not finished, there is cracks in the wood, we were not supplied with enough shelves, some places there is a tacky-glue substance; overall really bad cabinets. So that should be the end of the problems, but they waited over two weeks to come back for the old cabinets they removed, which meant we had nails, screws, wood shavings/slivers, and cabinets covering a large portion of our back yard. All in all it took over two months to complete which meant we ate out for 10 weeks and gained over 5lbs. Whenever we called to ask about or complain about anything they wouldn't answer the phone. They had insisted that we pay up front so we payed all but $500 up front and they called to ask for the remaining balance, which we said we are still not satisfied, we haven't heard from them since.
