Pretty good worker and fair with prices

Herman came out to do a very thorough evaluation and assessment. He did all the work as planned. He worked continuously for 3 days installing a drain for irrigation as well as handled all the sprinkler repair needs. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. I was very happy with his work.

German came shortly after I had several large trees stump grinned, during our last major storms. His prices were more reasonable in comparison with other landscapers and he did an amazing job. He used a bobcat to remove the wood chips, debris, installed a new irrigation system, and installed a new raised concrete barrier. This was a lot of work and I’m pleased with German’s work. He also fixed a sprinkler section that I trouble with prior to the storm. He’s very knowledgeable and reasonable.

DO NOT ALLOW HERMANO AROUND YOUR PROPERTY, THIEF!!! This guy damaged my property, denied responsibility, and stole $200 from me. I reported him to the franchise tax board and BBB because I’m not sure he even has a legit business license or is insured. I also reported him to local law enforcement because he damaged my property and verbally tried to get into altercation with me at my home. This guy is a thief and shouldn’t be trusted. Don’t pay him CASH! He will screw you over! Trust me I’m only at the beginning of this headache and I still have to make sure he realizes he isn’t going to screw me over. One way or another I’m getting my money back from this dirtbag. He messed with the wrong guy. I’m going to make sure he knows that he can’t act like jerk and screw people over.

Hi this gentleman has our project listed with pictures of the start of the project here on the website labeled “Efren’s new backyard and driveway” he was charging us 16,000 for concrete, 10,000 for grass and sod input. We gave this man 12,000 dollars at the start of the project before any was was done! The work performed was only the framing and rebar for the concrete. After careful research we discovered they were overcharging us for both concrete and sod input so we agreed to pay them for the 16,000 for the concrete as planned but not to do the sod. He agreed and then said he would not put concrete until we paid him the remaining 4,000 balance. I told him we gave him 12,000 dollars up front before any work was done and that we would pay him the remaining balance once the concrete job was done. They have since blocked mine and my wife’s phones and have not done any more work. Basically stole our 12,000 dollars. We will have to sue to get our money back. DO NOT contact these men!
