First try did not fix the problem. Second one appears to have fixed the problem. He said if it leaks again, he would fix it at no charge.

Adam did a great job. He was on time, inspected the chimney and said it was cleaner than he would have expected given the length of time since the last cleaning. He gave me the option of deferring the cleaning for several months, which would save the added cost. I chose to have the cleaning done instead of scheduling a second visit. Adam put down tarps to protect the carpeting, brought in his tools and went to work immediately. It seemed like he was in and out in no time! I would definitely recommend him.

Called them on 11/25 for help to fix a tilted chimney cap of my gas fireplace. They recommended a chimney inspection for $69 since just to come out and fix the cap is already a $75 service charge. If it's just a minor issue, their crew will just re-attach the cap on the spot without extra charge. It totally makes sense for me to the do the inspection instead. Scheduled for 12/11 betweeen 10a and 12p. Rob and Al arrived before 12p and they started by inspecting the chimney from the fireplace then climbed to the roof (2-story) to take a look at the chimney cap. It turns out I am losing a screw on the chimney cap. They re-attached it and let me know that everything is okay regarding my chimney (from top to bottom). There are a lot of dust/dirt collected at the fireplace due to draft from the chimney. They spent time on explaining to me that it was due to an opened damper above the fireplace; however, for safety reason the damper was installed in a way that it cannot be closed. In case there is a leak, the gas can escape through the chimney instead of into the house. They also offered to clean the fireplace for me but I think I can just do it myself with a vacuum. Overall, their service is very professional at a very reasonable price as well as with great courtesy. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Two guys came right on time of appointment. They were very professional and gave a pretty thorough inspection. Options were given for different methods and prices to rebuild chimney (the chimney was broken).

Great experience start to finish. On time, knowledgeable, didn't try to up-sell any additional services. Really took the time to explain what was being done and how to maintain my fireplace in the future. I would recommend DNA 100% percent.

arrived on time and worked quickly. very tidy found some problems during the inspection, which needed to be fixed in a subsequent visit their report notes weren't totally clear, so the owner Adam had to rely on my description of the repairs needed to give me an accurate quote. We are scheduling the repairs this year (didn't use chimney much, and needed to save $$), and Adam has offered a follow-up visit for free to clarify the previous inspection and make sure his bid was accurate.

DNA had the best price out of all the other companies that I called. On top of that they were professional and on time. They offer price breaks on multiple chimneys. I would definitely use them again.

I hired DNA for for 2 jobs - a chimney sweeping and a dryer vent cleaning. Adam and Rick, 2 very professional and personable young guys, called to say they would be running late due to rush hour traffic. They arrived 30 minutes later and got to work. Adam inspected the chimney, was very honest, said it didn't look very dirty. And walked me through how to properly build a fire. Rick got started on the dryer vent cleaning, which took a little longer due to the lenght of the vent tube leading out of the house. All in all, they did a very efficient job on both projects at a fair price. I would use them again.
