From smaller projects and repairs to complete ground up construction we have successfully completed several hundred projects in San Joaquin & Alameda counties and beyond since 1989. We are general contractors, we do as much of our work "in house" as we can to maintain better control over quality and schedule. We do subcontract some portions of our work. In general, we do our own demolition, excavation, concrete work, framing, interior and exterior trim, pretty much everything that involves carpentry and depending on the complexity and how busy we are we will do our own electrical, plumbing, drywall and painting. Before hiring all of our employees pass drug tests and background checks. The subcontractors that we do use are all licensed, bonded and insured as well. We are sticklers for keeping a clean, tidy and safe jobsite. Our California contractor's license # is 558447. Before hiring any contractor in the state of California go to CSLB.com and run a check on that contractor.
