Not professional, they had to come back out and do tile over. Husband and wife team, not what I expected when I set it up. Very disappointed.

[member name removed] is certainly entitled to her opinion, but when someone leaves a review to intentionally HARM a company they should leave an accurate description of the sequence of events. I say that she is intentionally trying to HARM our company because her service was done in March and her review was written on 6/28, and it is an INACCURATE depiction of the service and sequence of events. So, here is the whole truth, you decide for yourself. First of all [member name removed] has lived in her house for many years so I’m not sure how many carpet cleaners she has gone through, but I do know that she was unhappy with her last carpet cleaner and that’s why she was looking for a new service She told me this herself. [member name removed] called for an estimate for carpet and tile & grout cleaning. Marcel, the owner of company, went out after hours, as [member name removed] works and doesn’t get home until after 6:00. When he got back to the office, I, Elizabeth (the wife) noticed that he had not included the charge for the sealant on [member name removed]’ grout. So, I called her immediately, within 15 minutes of her estimate and told her that Marcel had forgotten to included the charge for the sealant and that her price would be different. She was very rude and argumentative, and I told her that Marcel had just forgotten to include the price for the sealant, that we weren’t changing the price but that sealant is a product, that there is a cost for it and that if she wanted it she would have to pay for it. No company gives sealant for free. She went ahead and made the appointment with us for 2 weeks from that night. She could have called someone else, a large corporate company or another Mom& Pop shop but she didn’t. At this point, long before her service, she DID know that we were a Mom & Pop organization. We actually thought that she booked our service because we were a Mom & Pop and a local company. Also, we have been in business for 13 years, we offer an excellent service, state of the art equipment, and have won many service awards including Best of the Best of Tracy several times (a Readers Choice award from our local home town paper), as well as receiving many excellent reviews from Yahoo users. On the day of her service, as I had not been at the estimate I was surprised to see how clean her tile & grout actually was, usually when people spend that kind of money to clean their tile & grout it’s really really dirty. I mentioned how clean it was and she responded that she thought the last guy did a terrible job and that she was having a baby shower for her daughter the next weekend, so that’s why she was having it done. We performed her service and we went on our way to the next job. Sunday, the day after her service [member name removed] called and said that she was HAPPY with her carpet, HAPPY with her tile & grout in her Master Bathroom, HAPPY with the tile & grout in her hall and HAPPY with the tile & grout in her Laundry room but unhappy with the kitchen and the guest bathroom. I said well, we want you to be happy with everything so we can come back out and hit it again for you, and I even tried to get her into the schedule before the weekend and her party, the only day she could do it was that Wednesday. On Tuesday her husband called and said that his wife had been rushed to the emergency room and wouldn’t be able to have us there on Wednesday. I was apologetic for her problem and said that it was NOT a problem that Sandy could call us whenever she felt better and we would still redo the tile& grout even though we have a 10 day policy we would not hold her to that. [member name removed] called a couple of days later and I was very nice to her and sympathetic and told her not to worry that we were waiving the 10 day policy and would redo her service at her convenience. She went ahead and made an appointment right then. Three weeks after her original service, and a party, we arrived at her home and when she opened the door I was very nice and again sympathetic to her illness but she was matter of fact and actually kind of rude ushering me directly to her kitchen where she showed me a 1 inch area of her grout that was much lighter than anywhere else. She said that she had simply wiped the spot with water and a paper towel and she wanted me to see what a difference there was and that difference was why she was so unhappy. [member name removed] wasn’t NOT asked to prove anything; we were there to redo her service no questions asked. However, I did ask her if she used some type of cleaning solution on that 1 inch spot, and she said she hadn’t. At this point I knew that we were being scammed. That this woman, just wanted the tile & grout cleaned before her party and wanted it cleaned again for free after her party. With the exception of the 1 inch area where she had used something to make herself right and prove her point (a point she was never asked to prove) the areas she was unhappy with were no different in color, look or feel, than the areas she was happy with, except the areas she was unhappy with were there areas where her party guests were, her kitchen and guest bath. After we re-cleaned the entire kitchen and guest bath the 1 inch area that [member name removed] showed me was STILL lighter than all of the other grout lines, I showed her this and wrote it on her invoice because whatever it was that she used to make herself right actually took the color out of her grout in that 1 inch area. So, you decide. . Do you feel her review was valid? I certainly did not have to respond and reiterate the sequence of events but I felt it was necessary as her review was written to just cause HARM to our company and does not accurately reflect her service, and actually leaves out many details. We conducted ourselves with the utmost professionalism and went above and beyond the call of duty for this customer. We may be a husband and wife team but we are a professional company, in business for 13 years, we use professional equipment, high pressured cleaning systems and professional cleaning solutions. We, have serviced over 9,000 homes in San Joaquin and Alameda County alone, we have serviced City, County and State offices, Doctors, Hospitals, Law Firms, Fire and Police Stations and Schools, but our business matters to us and that’s why I have taken the time to respond to this bogus review. Try our service and you will find out why we have been voted Best of the Best of Tracy for many years.

DELTA UPHOLSTERY MADE THE FURNITURE IN THE LIVING ROOM LOOK AND SMALL NEW AGAIN. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE ABLE TO REMOVE THE SMELL OF SMOKE FORM THE MATERIAL. THEY LOOK WONDERFUL.
