+ -1 moreIt went horribly! Carpet Care 2000 called one hour before the scheduled appointment to say their equipment had broken down and they could not keep the appointment. I was annoyed since I had just spent one hour moving furniture allowing for access to carpet areas! Carpet Care 2000 asked if they could reschedule! I was insistent, they said they would call back. They did and said they would not be coming that day or ever, since I was rude which I wasn't.
Description of Work: No work was performed.

+ -1 moreCARPET CARE 2000 WAS VERY FAST TO GET OUT TO MY HOUSE. THE RED STAIN WAS A HUGE CONCERN TO ME AND THEY WERE ABLE TO TREAT IT FAST AND REMOVE THE ENTIRE STAIN. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
Description of Work: CARPET CARE 2000 CAME OUT TO TRY TO GET A RED STAIN OUT OF THE CARPET. HE WAS ABLE TO GET THIS DONE.
