Creig picked up the replacement and replaced the defective item. He made sure the work was done correctly. I will use his service again.

I had to leave for work before he was finished, but when I got home, much to my surprise he had also hauled away the old sink and disposer for me. Creig was extremely professional and responsive. He got everything done on the list (which grew by a couple of items during his first visit to the home to provide an estimate). Due to the urgency of getting the home ready for professional photos and listed for sale, Creig agreed to perform the work on a Saturday, even though he already had one job scheduled that day. He stayed until 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, in order to get the work done. I will definitely call him again for any home repairs!

Creig has provided services for us for years. Whatever needs doing on a house, he can and does do. He is a skilled electrician, plumber, contractor, etc. He has fixed garage doors, installed new garage door openers, installed lighting indoors and outside, fixed sliding glass doors, fixed plumbing leaks, etc. He comes immediately in case of an emergency to do emergency repairs. He is always very professional, extremely skilled and a real gem. He cleans up thoroughly before leaving. I can't praise him highly enough. He is honest and will tell you truthfully what can/should be done or what can wait. His charges are very reasonable. His work is excellent in every respect.

I called Crieg looking for someone to help get a rental in top shape so I could sell. He was responsive and very accomodating. He approached things methodically and had attention to detail, I had quite a laundry list of things to get done from as simple as chalking 2 skylights of which one leaked causing damage to the interior ceiling requireing the drywall replacement. Crieg was versatile and was able to handle anything I threw at him. I kept him busy for about 50 hrs and it was money well spent. One of the only people I could find on AL to work on a straight dollar per hr basis.

He was efficient, professional and very reasonable. He completed the work within 4 hours of making my initial phone call to him.

He said that he would send the estimate via email. After a week, I never got the email. I called to tell him and he said he would send it again. He had .com instead of .org. Again, I did not receive the email. I called the third time and told him to call me with the estimate. Still, I heard nothing from him. After four weeks, I started looking for someone else to do the work, but thought I would call him one more time and leave a message. Craig answered the telephone, and said how busy he was, and he never sent the email. He was attending to some personal matters with his family, and he was too busy. He said perhaps I should find someone else. Service to your customers is very important. I can understnad someone overloading themselves. I can understand personal problems arising without any notice. I can understand family comes first. But what I don't understand is, that when you are in business and rely on your customers, not to treat them with consideration. My time is just as valuable as his time. All he had to do was call me and let me know, he could not take on any new projects at this time. Just plain courtesy. YOU MISSED THE ENTIRE POINT OF THE REVIEW. IT WAS NOT THAT YOU WERE BUSY, OR THE PLACE WAS NOT CLEAN. THE POINT I AM MAKING IS THAT YOU DID NOT CALL ME BACK .IT WAS FOUR WEEKS FROM OUR INITIAL CONTACT TO OUR LAST CONVERSATION. YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME BACK TO LET ME KNOW THAT THE PLACE WAS NOT CLEAN FOR YOU TO WORK. I ONLY WANTED YOU TO CALL ME BACK. COURTESY.

It went well. Creig came by, surveyed the house, the attic space, and availability of electrical circuits and provided a reasonable quote for the work. About a week and a half later, when I had the fans on hand, I called him up, and he was available for the following Saturday. It turned out a long day for him, but he did his work well. He was pleasant and professional. I'm satisfied with the completed work. I feel I got good value for my money, and would definitely hire him again.

This is the 2nd time I've used Craig's services and it won't be the last. He is incredibly competant, patient and reasonably priced. He even took the extra time to make sure I understood how my garage door system works.

All I can say is that Creig is a very nice, laid back, dilligent, easy going guy. I felt very comfortable with him, and as a woman, that is important to me. He got the work done, charged a fair price, and spent extra time with me on the computer.

It has gone very well. Creig's workmanship has been of consistently high quality. I have called upon him to help us numerous times, both to get a house ready for sale and to get our new house ready for us. Although young, he is professional in his demeanor and his approach to work. He has always been willing to work long hours to complete his work. His skills range over a broad area of handyman services, and I believe that has saved us money in that I haven't had to bring in specialty people (painters, furniture repairmen, locksmiths,etc.) to assist in small jobs. I recommend him highly.

Took item to his home which seemed unusual but he provided prompt and excellent service. He did not give me a receipt for the work perhaps because we paid with cash. Would have like him to offer it but might use his handyman services as he seemed competent.

Creig arrived right on time. His schedule was flexible and he came on a Saturday which was good for us. He talked with us about the general condition of the garage door and springs. He was knowledgeable about the springs and said ours were fine and did not need to be replaced, even though we thought there was something wrong with them. So he didn't oversell services. I appreciate that. He installed the opener very quickly and told us we had made a good choice. We've been using the opener for 3 weeks now and it works perfectly. The cost for the service was exactly what his estimate was. Creig is also a handyman and we will use him for other projects, too, if he's available.

C.F. Services [Creig Fitzgerald] called and asked if he could arrive earlier than our scheduled appointment, which was okay with us. Creig works well with the elderly, understands what is asked of him and is varied in his skills, (he did electrical and carpentry work for us). He is a friendly young man who is quick and professional. We are glad we found him, we'll be using C.F. Services [Creigh Fitzgerald] in the future as there are so many things that need to be done around the house that do not require contractors licenses. I would recommend you give the C.F.
