 + 0 moreIt went great. He came and gave us a quote which was very reasonable. He did make a bit of a mess but he cleaned up.
Description of Work: We had some flooring tiles removed and the floor repaired.

handyman service, stucco, cabinet refacing
 + 1 moreHe is on time. Provides a good value for what he does. As far as I can tell, he provides quality work.
Description of Work: I have some wooden stairs and he had to replace the steps. I have used him to repair some stucco work on the outside of my home, he patched it up and you can not tell where he had to patch it up. He also did some repair work on the cabinetry in the kitchen too. For the repairs to the stairs and the cabinetry including materials, he charged $140.00. This took him about 4 hours since he went to purchase the materials.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. I found them through a personal referral. I felt that the price was very reasonable. He was very detailed in his work. He took his time to do the work properly. He can execute different types of work also.
Description of Work: They did an entire landscaping project in the back of my house. This included new sprinkler system and he re-did the entire fence.
