Steve was wonderful! He was personable, very knowledgeable and efficient. His prices are very reasonable. Further, he is available in the evenings and was able to help me right away (the next day) when I called. In addition to my computer, Steve helped me with issues re my iPhone and dvd player/tv. He is a technical genius! What a godsend! I will have him on speed dial from now on.

You First Tech was great, they even offered to have my computer back to me the same night I dropped it off. Give these guys a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Steve is AMAZING!! He returned my call promptly, arrived at the agreed upon time (Saturday hours, no less ... and even offered to arrive earlier than he had originally scheduled ... AMAZING!!!)), and was exceptionally well-qualified and able to transition us from the old to the new system in a very reasonable amount of time. He has excellent interpersonal skills, is efficient with his time, and cognizant of providing outstanding service through his masterful delivery of clear and concise answers from non-techie types. HE IS NOW OUR GO-TO TECH FOR HOME COMPUTING!!! You won't go wrong hiring him!!!

He has charged so little in the past that I have often paid him more. For future jobs, I would not call on anyone else. He is better than any others combined. I have 4 computers and I am computer illiterate for practical purposes. He knows my computers as if they were his own and can repair them from his own location if necessary He knows the different programs that I need in my work and can communicate with others who may be involved in the same scenario. He is so excellent, I could not get along without him.

The work was superb and really good! His prices are competitive. Steve is very nice, personable, and easy to chat with. He is also courteous and punctual. His service is excellent and I highly recommend him.
