 + 0 moreThe work appeared to go well, but a week later we found that the stone veneer in the front was already falling off. We contacted Albert, who promised to fix the problems the following Tuesday. He never showed up, doesn't pick up his phone when we call, and doesn't respond to repeated text messages. Zero customer service! At that point, we checked his license (930431) and found out that it is SUSPENDED! So why is he still doing business?? Once he had our money, he's become totally non-responsive. BUYER BEWARE!!
Description of Work: Albert at Westcoast Concrete Services was hired to pave over grassy areas in both side yards, extend a block wall, and install stone work in the front of the house, including a new porch, small patio, and stone veneer.

 + 1 moreI called, they had an opening in their schedule, they completed the work in one day and the whole project was done in less than one week after the initial call.
Description of Work: A tree root had damaged half of the driveway (16' x 16' area). I removed the damaged concrete and had the contractor saw cut a square patch, and pour fresh concrete to replace that which was removed. They did an adequate job, the driveway looks good.
