Major HVAC replacement/installation! Don and Chris were very thorough including the initial trouble shooting and subsequent new unit instillation. They resolved some long standing issues with the original unit as well.

Owner Don installed a slim line central AC over 2 1/2 days in a townhome that was not pre-set for central AC, just heating. He offered a great price cause it was off - season, beginning April. Very prompt, always early. Explained everything he was doing and offered alternatives whenever they arose. Don himself worked everyday and did the electrical. He even helped me to fix a Chamberlain garage door opener which wasn't opening properly cause the wires had been cut in 2 places and not attached properly. Was very appreciative of that. He will be doing some electrical work at my mom's house next week. Highly recommend Don and advise installing AC off season to save $.

I called West Hills and Don arrived punctually on time and diagnosed the heater issues. It needed to have a circuit board, fan motor, and flame sensor replaced. After having to go to a Rheem distributer for the parts the heater was promptly repaired the next day. Heater is working great. I definitely would call West Hills again.

All the work was done quickly, efficiently and professionally, with quality materials. Dan's work has stood the test of time and we feel much safer knowing that quality electrical work was done. We thank Dan everyday when the weather is so hot and we come in to a nice cool house, or when the weather has been so cold and we turn on the heater and are warm and toasty in no time. System is great and very efficient. Extremely responsive, professional, friendly. Would highly recommend them for anything. Great problem solvers. Fairly priced. We can't say enough about their quality of work. No shortcuts. Really know what they are doing and work with the customer to make sure you are satisfied. Really terrific.

What impressed me most about Don and his company is how professional they are. They quoted the job from soup to nuts. Everything was included in quote. Job was done quickly and finished on time including inspection by the city. Even though I asked for some upgrades, Don never tried to sell me anything I didn't need for my installation. Phone calls are always answered or returned promptly. All work was done cleanly and looks great. With West Hills HVAC and Electric I felt confident from the start that job will be done correctly, and it was! No surprises or extra charges.

Extremely smoothly. Neat work, thorough clean up each day. Helper, Chirs was wonderful. Owner Don Alfano is wonderful to deal with. He is honest and will tell you if he feels what you are asking for is not necessary or will not do the job you want it to. I owuld definately recommend this company to anyone who needs electrical, heating and air conditonaling or security work done.
