Arrived on time. Very courteous, and knowledgeable technician, Nathan. Would highly recommend him and this company. Installed new smart thermostat and repaired some wiring in the furnace that was improperly done years ago by another company.

They gave me a quote and based on their quote I stopped searching for other companies. The next day they came back with a quote that was double of the original quote. They charged my CC for $49 diagnoses fee. and wasted one day. Because of them my 8 year old son wont be having heater tonight

they called within the hour the technician arrived an hour later he (Nathan} looked and was very professional analized the problem , quoted the cost and completed the work in an hour or so. I paid the invoice and am considering signing an annual maintenance contract with Total A.C.

Gordon was wonderful to deal with. Our unit is almost 20 yrs old and hasn't been used in about a decade. He was able to fix our unit for a reasonable price, but first he provided all our options. Gordon was direct and honest, we won't hesitate to turn back to this company when it is time to replace. EXCELLENT service!
