I live in San Diego, job site was in Orange County on rental home. I was dealing with Gordon Brown, but am told Harrison Brown was also at the job. No complaints on the job performed on rooftop AC. Quick on response and work done. Being a landlord and needing proper documentation for taxes, I did hit a small snag after job completed in trying to pay on line per their invoiced instructions. Both Harrison and Gordon worked on getting the issue addressed on my end and working with my Chase credit card company to resolve the issue on their end with their payment system.

Gordon, is efficient, friendly and great prices. He went above and beyond to help me in an emergency when my air-conditioning broke down on a very hot day. Excellent customer service.

Had new furnace, abatement, new ducting, & AC installed. I was so pleased that they handled ALL aspects of the project, & completed all work in just 2 days! I wish they had taped down paper to protect my floors, it was messy. Gordon was wonderful about explaining all my options, and making the AC work throughout my home for a price that got in my budget!

We had the heating unit replaced, we were given a reasonable estimate to repair a 30 year old unit but chose, just to replace and, not repair year after year. Took about 3 hours and the team did a great job

Total Home Environmental HVAC repaired my furnace in my 1950's home. It was a 2-man and 2-day job as many parts were rusted, damaged, non working and dirty due to many years of non-use. Gordon B and his team worked diligently to get our old furnace back in working order. I would highly recommend this industry professional who is an expert in obsolete floor furnaces like mine. We are very pleased with his prompt service and professionalism and are enjoying our warm home.

Total Home Environmental HVAC repaired my 1994 furnace. Although the furnace was not technically supported by the manufacturer, the service technician researched the unit on-line, sourced the parts and repaired the unit as promised. I am very pleased with the results and also with the lifetime warranty.
