Gordon was prompt and efficient. He diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate. Then he came back the next day with another worker and fixed the problem. I couldn't ask for a better experience or outcome.

UNTIL I USE THE AIR CONDITIONERAND FURNANCE (GORDON BROWN REPLACED STUFF IN FURNACE ABOUT $750) AND USE THE EQUIPMENT FOR SOME PERIOD OF TIME, IT IS DIFFICULT TO GIVE AN OPINION. SO FAR, ok.

Quick response. I had another company come out and didn't have a clue after 2 hours. Said they were going to come back with parts ordered and never heard back from them. Gordon identified the problem within 20 minutes or so and provided a quote. Same day repair and completed in less than an hour. Gordon was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Price was very reasonable but it didn't matter as AC and Heating is essential when weather conditions are high and low. I'm happy to have AC again in our hottest temperatures of the summer.

Gordon was great. Came early before it got hot, identified the issue almost immediately, and was able to fix it with a part he had in his truck. Was done in less than an hour and was reasonably priced.

That is knowledge you don't normally get and are so incredibly grateful for. He is no nonsense, says what he'll do and does what he says in a timely fashion. His crew showed up on time, we're friendly, polite and cleaned up beautifully. Their pricing was incredibly fair as well. I could not recommend Total Home Environmental more. Gordon, Harrison and Louis did an absolutely fantastic job with installing a brand new HVAC system into my old house. The house was not designed to include AC so they had to be very thoughtful in the process of figuring out the best way to install all the equipment. They were on time every day and always kept me informed any issues and next steps.. They did it and we will enjoy the benefits of keeping cool this summer.

Was not called prior to the repair person coming for the visit as was talked about in a phone call earlier in the morning. The response was prompt though so hard to knock too much for this. Great customer service, they responded back promptly, and once the appointment was made they kept me in the loop as to when they would arrive. Total Home Environmental HVAC Co. was very knowledgeable about my 1960"ss era wall heaters, and to my surprise, they were able to repair them. I was expecting to be told the wall heaters had to be replaced $$$$, I feel they saved me $$$$ and am very happy with my wall heater that works better than ever now. I would definitely recommend Total Home Environmental HVAC Co.

Repair involved a 20 year old Lennox furnace mounted in attic. Repair involved replacing two limit switches, failure mode was constant running of heat and fan. Workman was able to diagnose the problem and temporarily bypass limit switches to restore normal furnace functioning. A day later he got replacement switches and installed them. Total work time for two visits was less than 1 hour. Workman was knowledgeable and competent. Cost was reasonable.

Service was great and prompt. Dealing with the insurance company and telling me what was exactly said not so happy about.

I live in San Diego, job site was in Orange County on rental home. I was dealing with Gordon Brown, but am told Harrison Brown was also at the job. No complaints on the job performed on rooftop AC. Quick on response and work done. Being a landlord and needing proper documentation for taxes, I did hit a small snag after job completed in trying to pay on line per their invoiced instructions. Both Harrison and Gordon worked on getting the issue addressed on my end and working with my Chase credit card company to resolve the issue on their end with their payment system.
