Torrance Appliance Repair

Description of Work: I thought that I was dealing with a local business, but it is just a business that contracts out services. My fridge was broken and so I called to have someone come take a look at it. I was told that it was a certain part that was broken, so he replaced that part and charged $300. When I looked up the part, the cost of the part was $30. The fridge was still broken and it took them several days to respond about coming back out to take a look. I called another repair man who is an actual local vendor, and he was able to fix my fridge for $100 and it had nothing to do with the part that was replaced initially. I did get my money back, but it was an overall a very bad experience.
