Cass was thoroughly professional, pleasant and prompt. She visited the job before work day to properly assess it. She also took the time to explain everything and lay everything out carefully. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness and attention to detail. She is now my go-to person for handywoman jobs.

I spoke to Cass on the phone and explained my problem with my disposal not working. She was extremely honest, kind, and helpful. She walked me through exactly what to look for in order to find the reset button. She also advised me that if I did need a new disposal I needed a plumber, rather than a handyman, and about what it should cost for the work. I was able to find the button and get the disposal working again thanks to her and it spared me a lot of money and headache. Such professionals are rare and I will absolutely call her for any handy-gal needs I have in the future. Thank you, Cass!

She's just so fantastic in every way. Resourceful, outstanding workmanship and her pricing is incredible. She took time to explain what she's doing and why + did research and provided suggestions with new carbon monoxide alarms (hardwired). My only regret is not knowing her sooner!

A great attitude and an incredible attention to detail. I really appreciated her problem solving abilities to help me resolve some long-standing issues around the house. What more can you want? Her name is Cass. She was excellent all the way. The quality is great. Her responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism are great. I have recommended her to several people.

She came for a free estimate. I hired her to do the job. She arrived on time and I found her to be considerate and friendly. She worked hard and got the job done as expected. She is conscientious and cares about the customer. I would not hesitate to hire her again.

Felt more comfortable having a woman around the house. She had run out of a particular sized mounting bracket which lead us to use something less than ideal. Overall things looked fine in the end. Friendly and helpful. Appreciated how well she cleaned up after herself.

Excellent service. It took longer then expected because she had to leave and get a part but she made up for it when billed me. I would definitely use her again.

Called Cass on 11/8/2013, and left a message. Her answering phone message said she would call back next business day. This is now 11/14/2013, and still have not called back. Nonresponsive.

The front door is beautiful, and I've had several comments on just how nice it looks. My only complaint is that the work wasn't done as quickly as I would have liked. But if it means I have to wait a little longer to get top rated work, then it's worth the wait. She was very eeasy to work with. I would highly recommend Cass, and I would use her again if needed.

I ordered all the parts online. I then looked for someone to do the actual install. This is a two person job. One has to go into the attic and the other has to prop up the attic ladder with a 2 X 4 so that when the springs are removed the ladder will not fall. I called Cass the Fix-It-Lass who came over to check out the job. We agreed on a 9;00 start Monday. She showed up at 9:30 and went to work. It took about one and half hours to complete the job. While she was in the attic she released the arms attached to the ladder, and then took off the springs. The door was then opened and the ladder was lowered. She them remove the damaged left side arm, replaced the left side arm then went back into the attic. While in the attic she reattached the springs then reattached the arms to the ladder. She did a very good job. She is very personable and her fee was quite reasonable. I plan on using her when I have to replace my garbage disposal.

As a woman, I felt more comfortable and confident working with her than with a strange man. And, I liked the quality and professionalism of her work. I have referred her to many friends who have used her for all sorts of stuff, such as packing/moving, building fences, fixing up a back yard, changing a plumbing fixture and they have all been very happy with her work.

Outstanding - no complaints. She is very conscientious, is a person of integrity and takes pride in her work. When the garbage disposal she had installed was leaking the day after, I called to inform her of the problem. Even though she was sick and in bed, she dragged herself out of the house and came over within hours to fix the leaking. A real champ!

Cass is very easy to work with. She is honest and is experienced in a long line of different repairs from a sink to a step, she pretty much can fix it! If not she will refer you to who can.
