I am a single woman who was buying my first time home after many years of renting. An acquaintance brought me a newsletter from the A-Team realtors at Keller Williams South Bay. I contacted them and immediately began working with Al Agena of the A-Team. Al spent countless hours with me over the course of more than a year ( In real estate lingo I am an extremely picky buyer ) talking to me, learning what I liked and disliked. Al remained a committed and superlatively focused professional when there were financing issues, scheduling problems, search location changes, offers that were turned down, offers that were accepted but later rejected by me, my own personal indecision, etc. I appreciate Al Agena's professionalism but more than that I appreciate the respect he showed me as a client. He was always honest with me about the process and any transactions. If there were issues with the house we were looking at he pointed them out to me. He never tried to pressure me into buying something that I did not really like or couldn't afford. I was very indecisive, often wavering about what I wanted, how much I could afford, and even where I wanted to live. I am surprised that he spent so much time with me! When I sometimes asked him if he thought I would ever find a house he reassured me by saying "of course you will, this is a big decision, don't settle" pp. I am sure that Al showed me about 100 homes before I finally settled on the one I bought. He will always have my gratitude for being so patient and thoughtful. I steadfastly recommend Al, The A-team and Keller Williams Realty to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. Of course I would work with them again!
