SOUTH BAY HOME INSPECTIONS

Randy was very prompt, even arriving at the location before we did. When I introduced myself, he was very friendly and obviously prepared. When we entered the home, he immediately set up his equipment and began the inspection. I began following him in his rounds and asking questions, which he was very happy to answer in as much detail as I wanted. Once he was done with his inspection, he provided a summary report on the spot and followed up with a detailed report with labelled photos showing what he was referring to by the next day. Overall a wonderful experience. I would recommend Randy and use his services again.

Mr. Randy Pierson was on time. He presented his identification and gave me his business card. He explained where he would begin his inspection and that he would have to access the fireplace area. I was very impressed with the work and would recommend his services to anyone that is looking for a excellent home inspection. I will be able to check the final report on-line and will be given a bound-covered report to refer to, later.
