We live out of state and it is important to have an electrician for our rental home who is good, reliable and honest. Mike located breaker that was overstressed and upgraded to avoid future problems and leave us with a safer system. He came out twice so he could install the bigger breaker and only charged us for one visit.

One of the circuit breakers in my home failed open. I called South Bay Electric. They couldn't respond on the day of my call, but because the circuit was for an area of the house that was not used very often, it did not present a problem. When they came over, I discussed options for the repair, from replacing the entire circuit breaker box (since I could use more circuits and the breakers were in only fair condition) to replacing just the bad breakers. I decided on the latter, but I might buy replacement breakers for all the others, and have them come over and do the replacement in the future. Mike did a good job, was very helpful and knowledgable in discussing options.

Mike was very nice and professional. He came the very next day that I called. He was able to fix many things, was quick and was really reasonable. I should have called him earlier. Being a single woman, I procrastinated calling someone to fix all of my electrical problems. I would defnitely recommend him to my friends.

They were wonderful, did a really good job, and punctual. Cleaned up after themselves, the work was high quality. Very responsive, came here on time. i If they had to change a day they would call me a week ahead of time to let me know way ahead of time. Very professional and on time. They are the only electricians that we will use.

It was a positive experience working with them. I called them and they were able to go to my tenant's house; I'm a property manager. The outlets were not working properly. They fixed the problem of the outlets. They came and fixed the problem. They were also able to identify a few other problems that I was having, that needed to be worked on. They were punctual. That was a positive experience with them. However, I wanted to get an estimate on the additional work they said would need to be done. I really had a hard time scheduling somebody to come and give me an estimate for that work. At a certain time, after calling them for few times I gave up. I moved with another electrician who is working for me next week. I would rather not use them in the future, unless I needed to.

He was standing her when one of my tenants called and was having a problem. I asked him to go and the next job he had was in Santa Monica so he just worked it right in. He was meeting a client so he had 2 and a half hours to kill so he went from where I live to the apartment building and to Santa Monica.
