+ -1 moreI had some dry rot on my deck. Steve came and seemed professional even tho a few times his workers didn't come. I noticed that my deck was not level and I had a puddle from the rain. When I called him about it he said I needed to pay extra for that. (really?). Then I noticed I had a leak in the house. I emailed/called/texted him and he has never responded. Not happy with my puddles and leaks.

+ -1 moreExcellent job. Contractor was punctual and did a great job in minimal time. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing deck coatings. It is hard to find companies that have any integrity and do the job right.

+ 0 moreI initially contacted them and set up an appointment for the next day, spoke with an employee that said he would be there at 1 PM, then called and told me something had come up and he would be unable to make the appointment, set up something for the next day and he still didn't show up. Called the company back to set up an appointment and the company said someone would call, but no one ever did.
Description of Work: We have a sun deck on our building and we've been looking for some leaks, we called them to look for the leaks.

+ 0 moreThey were very good. The quality of the work was very good. The cost was reasonable and reflected in their workmanship. They are really busy, so it can be hard to book with them. It shows they are popular.
Description of Work: They outside concrete deck was damaged because it has not been taken care of. They waterproofed two decks for me.
