Description of Work: Salesmen were excellent, as were the measurement people and especially the installation crews. They did fine work and finally on schedule. No problems there. The finished job is all we could ask for. | But I have serious criticisms. The office staff is extremely hard to reach, the voicemail is pitiful, working properly only part of the time. The scheduling was very nearly unacceptable, in fact we almost canceled the order when the installation was repeatedly put off, once only a day ahead of the agreed time. We had to change arrangements for house guests and had to cancel other appointments, some of which were medical. But when the installations finally did take place, there was no more problem, at last. | Finally, when all was finished, errors were made in final billing, partly due to haste by the job foreman and partly due to office and crew confusion about invoicing and keeping track of payments. | Excellent products, very professional workers, lamentable office staff.

Description of Work: Renewal by Andersen came out to our house and made a presentation regarding putting in new windows. We had four other companies present as well. All said they would make a proposal. Four out of five made a proposal, one took one month to do so (the windows were installed by then). R by A informed us they would be the most expensive, and sure enough they were, by almost double. Yet, we chose them. Why? Their product seemed so much better, and we reviewed Angie's List and the consensus was that they were the best. Now that we had the work done, we agree. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. The windows are fantastic. We couldn't be happier. You get what you pay for.
