Description of Work: Renewal by Andersen replaced the windows in my home with high quality retrofit windows, and did so in an efficient and professional manner. I couldn't be more pleased with the result.

Description of Work: They came for the evaluation on time. The measuring took place as scheduled and the new patio Windows and doors were installed as scheduled. A beautiful job that was well done with a full clean up after.

Description of Work: They removed the front and rear doors of the house, and the side door of the garage. They installed new front and rear doors on the house, as well as screen doors. They installed a new security door on the garage. They were courteous, and kept the worksites clean.

Description of Work: Installed three sliding doors leading to the back yard. More than I wanted to pay but lifetime warranty. They look great, feel secure. i don't remember the exact date without going into my files. I would use their services again but cost is a consideration.

Description of Work: Replaced 5 windows. It went well. Now, it will be a test for the windows to reduce the heat in the room during a very hot day (97 degrees today).

Description of Work: It all went very well and I really appreciated their professional attitude and performance. They arrived very promptly on a Saturday morning and were completed with their work and thoroughly cleaned up by 3:00PM. Im just confused right now with their billing system through GreenSky Credit Company.

Description of Work: I replaced a window and a door that were side by side with a sliding glass door. It was the hottest weekend of record and the heat was brutal on the workmen. They did a great job working long hours. I chose RBA because of these guys. They do amazing work. They are expensive - maybe the most expensive but the quality of the windows and the workmanship are equivalent to the price. Unfortunately, they arrived very late the first day. They explained that a truck broke down and they had to use an alternate vehicle which wasn't equipped so they had to make an additional stop to purchase materials and tools in order to do the job. But they made up for it and worked until about 7pm and returned the next morning to finish the job. The project manager also didn't instruct them that a grate under the door needed to be filled in though it was noted in the paperwork. So, I will need to get this fixed on my own which is probably for the best in order to match it to the existing flagstone on the patio. A lock for the door also wasn't available to be installed at the time of the job, but has been ordered and will be installed at a later date. But otherwise, the workmen did an excellent job. The engineer Greg Tieman was a big help and very instrumental in me getting the right kind of door for the style of my home. I would use RDA again and recommend them.

Description of Work: I have no complaints about the company. The only reason I did not use them for one final job - two large french door replacemnts - is that they were double/tripple the cost of another source. I know I paid quite a bit for the initial whole-house replacement work, but I had the money then and their custom work was needed for a 1929 Spanish house.

Description of Work: The Renewal by Andersen (RBA) Los Angeles crew install the last five RBA windows in my home. This was my first experience with RBA Los Angeles since the previous installations were done by another contractor. The initial sales visit and the technical measuring visit went quickly and smoothly. | |The installation crew consisted of supervisor Elroy and installer David. They arrived as planned and introduced themselves before asking to see the rooms where the windows would be installed. They were considerate of the neighbors by asking if their truck could be parked in my driveway to avoid possibly blocking the narrow street. | |The crew put down carpet protection before bringing in their tools and materials. They worked hard and quickly, and before I knew it, they were done. There was minimal noise, and for the most part, I hardly knew they were working. Before the final walk through, the crew cleaned up the work space, both inside and outside, so that it looked just as it did before they arrived. | |The most impressive aspect of their visit was the final walk-through. Elroy took me to each window and operated it to show that it worked as advertised. He also spent time showing me the windows features, such as the tilt-in feature of the double hung windows, and telling me about the warrantee material that would be mailed to me shortly. | |All in all, Elroy and David were very professional and a delight to work with. They certainly met my expectations for a quick, precise, and complete installation. Please let them know how much I appreciated their hard work.

Description of Work: I had all windows on my house replaced, 33 total. The project cost included the cost of the windows, all measurement and installation services, cleanup and hauling away of the old windows. This was a major purchase and I did a good bit of shopping around before deciding on Clark Adams and the Andersen Renewal windows.

Description of Work: Clark Adams Company sold and installed 11 double hung windows to our house. The installation included matching trim on the outside of the house and the removal of our old windows.
