Description of Work: We've been to their showroom twice in the past couple of months, trying to decide on appliances for a kitchen remodel. The first time we waited for almost 20 minutes for someone to wait on us. Finally we left. The second time we also waited a long time, and the item we came to see which was advertised in the newspaper that morning was not available and there was none in the warehouse. We were told it would be at least a week before they could order one to display on the floor.
