+ -1 moreVICTOR WAS REFERRED TO US BY OUR CONTRACTOR. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COMPLETED THE DRAWINGS AS PROMISED, WHEN PROMISED. THE WORK WAS FINE AND WE RECEIVED APPROVAL FROM THE CITY. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IN THE EXPERIENCE WAS THAT HE WORKS AND TALKS VERY QUICKLY. SINCE THIS WAS OUR FIRST REMODEL, I HAD QUESTIONS AND HAD TO PRACTICALLY HOLD HIM IN PLACE TO GET THE ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS. THIS IS A PERSONALITY CHARATERISTIC AND DID NOT LESSEN THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK.
Description of Work: WE HIRED VICTOR CHAI-PRASERT TO DO STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING DRAWINGS FOR A REMODEL OF OUR KITCHEN AND BATH. HE PREPARED THREE SETS OF CALCULATIONS AND DRAWINGS AND WAS AVAILABLE TO US UNTIL WE RECEIVED APPROVAL FOR PERMITS FROM THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES.

+ -1 moreVICTOR IS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE IS USUALLY ON TIME AND WILL CALL IF HE IS RUNNING LATE. WELL PRICED. PLANS WERE DONE WITH VERY GOOD DETAILS.
Description of Work: ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS AND SPECS DONE FOR HOME ADDITION. THE APPROXIMATE ADD-ON SPACE IS 700 SQUARE FEET.
