Najib was awesome to work with! He showed up in the morning to inspect the job, and he was there the next day with one of his crew. Knocked the work out quickly and cleanly. Offered some advice on an electrical outlet outside, and I have him coming to do that soon! Will definitely have him come do work at our home again. Thank you much, Najib!

He came to house and looked at the project and said he could do the job and that he would provide me with an estimate with in 1 hour. I waited for his phone call but he never contacted me . It was a waist of my valuable time. The next day another handyman called me and looked at the project and said he could do the job he then provided me with a estimate and did the job the next day.

One man did them all and completed all jobs. Najib can do all the repairs for a home, so this is convenient and less hassle for a rental property owner. Work order help desk Marti is very prompt and responsive on all calls. They both work well together.

All work was eventually completed satisfactorily. He did not always arrive at times previously agreed on. He was not as knowledgeable about installing the shower kit as I had expected, but managed to figure it out.

First, he arrived 90 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. He and his worker completed the work in about 4.5 hours and the work is done fairly well. The door is a little hard to lock, but it’s workable. My biggest issues have to do with their lack of professionalism and cleanliness. Not only did they arrive 90 minutes late, but they did not clean up. The work was done in my backyard- I have dogs- and they did not sweep up anything- dust, plastic, and SCREWS! I had to retrieve plastic and one of the screws from my dogs mouth! Additionally, they washed out their paint trays over my grass and left paint splatter on my brick wall and my brand new white vinyl fence! Lastly, the helper left his van in my driveway all day- for 6 hours after my job was complete- without ever asking if that was ok. Again, the work is pretty good but there is no way I will use this company again.

Najib is a kind person who has a tranquil personality. He is reliable and has great work ethics. He gets the job done, which is a plus for an emergency situation. I am a realtor who would entrust Najib to deliver excellent service to my clients in Torrance.
