Description of Work: I can't really address the cost, because I have a home warranty, and I only pay the service call. However - my AC has been very temperamental, and it went out twice during the recent heat waves. The home warranty company assigned someone else initially, and I was told I would have to wait two weeks for service. I called and asked to be reassigned, and No Sweat came the next day. They worked around my various appointments and were extremely punctual. The technician told me that I had a short and that it would probably keep going out. I've actually had this problem at least five times before. He finally bypassed the problem area and my AC has worked like a champ through the recent heat wave. Awesome service!

+ -1 moreWent very well overall. The guys checked over the entire unit and found a capacitor blown out and the motor was dirty. They repaired the unit and confirmed it worked OK. So far, it seems to be working fine.
Description of Work: Repaired furnace that was under warranty. Paid $60 fee to the warranty company.
