+ -1 moreI called Arnie to see if he could power wash my very large deck and was pleasantly surprised that he could and had his own equipment. I thought I would likely have to pay for rental of one. He came at the time agreed upon, as usual. Did a great job on the deck and patio and was happy to assemble and install my umbrellas even though I hadn't mentioned it when I made the appointment. The fact that he was able to come to fix the toilet in an emergency situation says a lot to me. Arnie is always responsive to my calls and does everything he can to come when I need him.
Description of Work: Power washed huge deck and patio below. Did several small repairs around the house. Assembled and installed two patio umbrellas. A week later, I called him 2 days before my son was coming to visit, to repair a toilet in the guest room that had just stopped working. He came the next day.

+ 3 moreArnie has always done an excellent job and is dependable and honest. He was recommended to me by a friend for whom he has worked for many years.
Description of Work: Arnie had done a variety of repairs in my home. He has done electrical and plumbing repairs, such as replacing a light fixture and fixed a running toilet with the appropriate parts. He has cleaned my dryer vent and replaced batteries in my smoke alarms. Arnie is capable of almost any basic repairs. He charges a fair fee, not cheap but worth it for this quality of work.
