Description of Work: tile roof and wood eaves repair and paint.

Description of Work: They stripped the previous 2 roofs, placed plywood down and the house was built in 1941 and only had slats. They also replaced the old skylight that was originally installed incorrectly which lead to serious rain damage. They fixed the rain damage, inside and out, painting and patching very nicely. At the last minuet I decided on adding a new skylight in the garage which they were able to install within hours. Very pleased with their work.

Description of Work: Replaced my roof. Had to do 3 different roof types due to pitch of my porch and carport. They did a very good job tearing off and picking up debris. They were finished in 3 days. I was very impressed. The only problem I had was the start date and communication with when they were going to start & also the communication of the pitch and tree coverage of my driveway. Deliverers were not aware of it until they showed up. One driver said if he had known the would have brought the smaller truck, which they did the next day. Overall, everything else was great after these 2 minor problems. I was very pleased with the quality of materials and work. Every one was professional and friendly.

Description of Work: Michael McCormick Construction came by to give me a quote. There's so many people that I've talked to but necessary had anybody physically come over. I had some foundation work that I needed to looked at and to get a bid on a price to get some foundation work. It's to see what the project entitled and what was going to be done and what I needed to get done and so forth so it's mainly to get a quote.

Description of Work: Constructed 2 porches, steps. Repaired water damage to ceiling. Repaired termite damage.
