+ -1 moreManuel was the repair person and he was friendly and knowledgeable and tried to save us some money. Very fast response by the company to our service call - same day service.
Description of Work: Checked on a Jenn Air gas range burner that had stopped automatically igniting. He found that it needed cleaning and encouraged us to try and clean it ourselves to save $30. The service call cost $60 and we paid the extra $30 to make sure it worked before he left because we just don't have time to monkey with that kind of thing and we're not handy either.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE FINE. I'D HIRE THEM AGAIN. HE SEEMED TO BE REALLY THOROUGH, AND HE EXPLAINED THINGS TO ME AS HE WENT ALONG. HE ALSO SHOWED ME PICTURES OF HIS KID. IT WAS THOROUGH. THE GUY IN THE OFFICE WAS WILLING TO DISCUSS THE POSSIBLE PROBLEMS WE MIGHT ENCOUNTER BEFORE HE SENT A GUY OUT.
Description of Work: IT WAS COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. THEY WERE CHECKING OUT THE NEPTUNE WASHER. IT WAS A REPAIR JOB. THERE WAS WATER LEAKING OUT THE BACK.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE EASY TO DEAL WITH, AND THEY WERE AVAILABLE. THEY ANSWERED THEIR PHONE, CAME OUT WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND THE WORKERS WERE NICE AND PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: THEY FIXED MY WASHING MACHINE.
