 + -1 moreEXCELLENT! This was my grandmother's house. After she passed, my family (4 of us) had it rented for awhile but it was time to sell, AND do it long distance with the four of us scattered. So we contacted Robert Walker and he immediately helped us out, provided the written appraisal w pictures. I was then able to forward that to the rest of the family members so we could make a decision on the sales price. This WAS invaluable, going into the market with a property to know what we were up against and know what a fair price would be
