It went smoothly from start to finish. The demolition company was friendly. The company was wonderful and they did everything by the book. They also cleaned up after themselves, nobody had to ask. This company did everything they promised. The only glitch was we had to delay because of the rain.

I tell you Angie?s List was more helpful than anybody because we paid for it here and my son had the job done. It was a bit of a problem, long distance one or the other. They were great! So far, he hasn?t had any problems with the roof and I understand that he was very happy with it. I didn?t really have anything to do with it, except paying them. I live in Los Angeles and my step son lives in Florida, and that?s why I coordinated the job with a lady at Angie?s List, who was very helpful to make sure we got the right people and what have you. I think it worked out very well. I think it was $32,000 or $34,000, I don?t remember. I think maybe the deposit made it $34,00, I can?t remember, but they were great and I?m sure it was a terrible roof. I know my step son. I think they were an ?A?, they were helpful, they finished on time. I wasn?t there to employ them, so it was a little hard for me to tell you, but I never heard any complaints though from my step son. He probably would have been the first one to complain if they hadn?t been good. I think they were a little high, but maybe prices are higher there and maybe it was more. You can?t do that, maybe there could be more damage. I think they had to take the entire roof off and replace everything because he had neglected it for many years. I think they were great, that?s what I heard. I think the quality was fine, it was only last year. If it rains bad again then we will know about the quality. I?m sure they were responsive. I think it is probably a very good company. I am sure it was fine.

A couple of days ago, I called Mark Westfall roofing based on reviews I read on Yelp and Angie's List. We were not having a crisis but we've been concerned about the condition of our roof since it has been a little over 20 yrs since it was replaced. Mark made a visit to our home to assess the roof and left me a voice message. I was very happy to hear that our roof is still in great condition. He gave us some advice on how we can maintain and repair some minor things. Mark was friendly, honest, and helpful to me and I'm grateful that he was looking out for our best interest. I would not hesitate to recommend Westfall Mark Roofing to any of my neighbors and friends who need roofing work in the future. Thank you Mark for your help and professionalism!!!

Mark came out to examine our roof and provide an estimate to replace it with asphalt shingles, including sheathing underneath. He did so quickly and respectfully followed up with us over the coming weeks until I informed him that we'd finally chosen another roofer. He was nothing but professional the whole time.

It went well. Tenants in the property were minimally impacted.

He was working on another house in the neighborhood when my father asked him to fix one tile on his house. He came over and refused to take any money for the work because it was Christmas Eve. My father brought him over a 6-pack and got his business card. We got an estimate and he started work a few weeks later after a few delays. He finished the work and one day and we were very pleased.
