+ -1 moreIt went well. One staff in Lamps Plus helped us to pick out lights for our kitchen and bathroom and he was very helpful. People came out on time and installed the lights as we wanted. Satisfied with the work they had done.

+ -1 moreIt was very short and sweet; I showed the saleswoman the fan I wanted in their advertisement, she got it from the back room, and the cashier rang it up. The whole transaction only took about 10 minutes on a Saturday morning. The prices are a little steep (buy light bulbs elsewhere!) but it's worth paying more for the convenience.

+ -1 moreMY FAN WAS NOT BRAND NEW AND IN NEED OF A REPAIR. I REALLY LIKED THE FAN SO THEY WERE ABLE TO REPAIR IT BY SENDING IT OUT FOR ME. I RECEIVED IT BACK IN A TIMELY MANNER.

+ -1 moreIN THE STORE THE SALESWOMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL. SHE WALKED US AROUND THE STORE AND SHOWED US EVERYTHING THAT WE ASKED FOR. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE STEEP BUT IT LOOKS GREAT.
