Kilter Termite & Pest Control - Torrance

Service done well. Attitude of one employee, Trevone, was lacking.

They were very courteous and accommodating, since we were on a tight schedule and the termite infestation was pretty bad. For both inspection and treatment, they came on the earlier side of the time frame specified, which worked out perfect for us. They worked very fast, although there were some spots missed during treatment that we noticed after they left, but overall it was good. Their rate was a little higher than others, but they were very professional and easy to work with, so we'd probably use them again. The treatment was done just two days ago, so we'd have to wait and see if it was thorough enough, or if we need to call them back again within the 2-year guarantee.

We have a contract with them. I would use them again. They would be here if we called them.

Kilter did a great job in handling our huge ant issue for our new property that we just bought. They did a great job and never left an indication that they were there or that property had ants before. We are very pleased with the results, especially since the bait and tactics they used worked really well. I would recommend Kilter to anyone who has the same ant issues as us.

It was a pleasant surprise to work with Kilter for they treated us with respect, professionalism and speedy service. These people are truly exceptional tradesmen. The work was done quickly and well. They were able to trap each and every mouse inside the house and returned every time to take them away.Not only did they trap mice but also blocked every entry/exit point to make sure that every mouse was capture and that none would enter our home. Awesome!

It is a real pleasure to do business with them. They came out to check our attic for mice and hooray for capturing all of them. They also noted possible point of entrance and helped us close them off. It was easy to schedule for their service and I will schedule for termite inspection soon.
