+ -1 moreWe really love the new awning and it is much nicer than the pergola that we were considering, which would have been much more expensive, required a building permit and zoning variance because of clearance issues, etc. Plus, with the awning you have no poles or other obstructions, giving much more usable space. As far as dealing with this company, they are very professional, they schedule appointments and show up as promised. I was impressed.
Description of Work: Retractable awning 19 feet wide by 13 feet at maximum extension. Hand cranked (electric might be nice but that's more money and something else to break). Company sells good quality product (from Germany) and delivered/ installed on time and as described. At $4,300 this is more than you would pay for a sunsetter from another store, but I do believe that the quality is higher and this is a long-term investment/improvement to the house so it's worth paying more for something that will last. That said, however, I'm going to give them a B on price because it is expensive.
