My experience with HomeStory Doors of West Los Angeles was exceptional. I needed to replace the door from my garage into my house with a fire door rated for 20 minutes, with self closing hinges, and of the same style as the old one. Chinh listened to my requirements, asked the right questions to nail down the details. She provided me a quote to obtain the new door and casing, deliver it, install it, and haul away the old one. She arranged to have Nic and Bryan do the installation, and attended the job site herself while they did it. Nic and Bryan were on time, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, tidy, and worked through unexpected issues from the old door installation, to complete the job. The new door and casing meet the fire door requirements, fit and operate perfectly, and have the same paneling as the old one, matching the rest of the house. They made a point of cleaning up after themselves, much appreciated. I heartily recommend this company! The price is reasonable and it’s money well spent.
