+ -1 moreI would have never considered using a professional service to schedule normal home maintenance, but my schedule was so full I could not seem to find the time to get the project going. Gabriele took over full responsibility for the job handling it with probably more care than I would have done myself. Her professionalism is unsurpassed by any service provider with whom I have had experience. I wish my health care providers were as attentive. She took on the project as if she were the property owner. The project was completed with very little time investment on my part and for a very reasonable price. I understand now what it must be like to be a celebrity and have a staff of people looking out for your every need. Now I am thinking of all the other home maintenence work I would like to have her firm handle on my behalf. She is super easy to speak twith and a total professional.
Description of Work: Typically Gabriele Kabel Organizing provides organizing services for homes and offices. A friend who had used her services referred he to me when I had a home maintenance project that needed to be completed. I had never used a project management assistant in the past and did not know really what to expect. Gabriele discussed my expectations for the work to be performed and offered insights into the project that I had not considered. She solicited multiple bids, made all the arrangements with contractors to inspect my property, negotiated prices and scheduled the work. All the while I did nothing except take her occasional phone calls providing me with updates on her progress. She made arrangements with the contractor I selected, scheduled the date and time, and even called them and me the day before the service date to confirm all the details and my expectations.
