Description of Work: I purchased a nice quality well priced low pile for my parent home. Fred's Carpet confirmed measurements for 2 bedrooms with hallway and a separate living/dining area. Order took exactly 7 days to deliver with 1 day to install. Installers did an excellent job removing/patching an uneven area (no additional cost) on a very hot day without a complaint. Moved all heavy furniture! EZ! Thank you!

Went to the store. The store associate was not helpful. It seems that they don't want my business. I needed to get hardwood floors and carpet for the whole house. VERY Unhappy with the customer service. Was in the store for more than 30 minutes and no service. Had to look for a store associate. Prices seem fair and reasonable but not the service. Decide to go somewhere else.

We attempt to greet and answer questions for everyone that comes in, but occasionally the salespeople are involved helping other customers and don't reach new arrivals quite as quickly as we would like. This does not happen very often, and we try to at least greet each person as they arrive. However with a 16,000 sq ft store, sometimes someone can be in an area where we don't know they are there. If this happened in your case, I am truly sorry. Since we do not advertise, we depend on our new and repeat customers to tell others about our service and products. It was easy to make the appointment. The person on the phone was polite and professional. The carpet men were very prompt and efficient. The carpet men even glued down a nearby carpet seam they found coming apart. When they were finished they immediately cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased with the whole experience. We had not expected such consideration for such a small job.
Description of Work: Replaced the carpet at the threshold of door with carpet remanents that we had from the carpet installation.

I am a property manager and have used them twice to install carpets in two separate apartment units. Both times, I worked with Rhonda in the sales department. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Their prices seemed quite reasonable. Other than a small scheduling snafu, there were no problems with instillation. I intend to use them again in the future.

They are professional, and do excellent work. They are easy to work with and accommodating. They aren't the cheapest place but they are fair and together with the workmanship you can't go wrong.

Result is a huge improvement over an only hardwood floor treatment. Fred's Carpets provided personalized service. I would use Fred's Carpets again!!
Description of Work: Purchased 4 area rugs over four month period. Carolyn came to home to measure. She provided professional advice on sizing, color combinations and types of rugs to cover heavy traffic areas of hardwood floor. Installers came to home and put down padding, carpets and put furniture back in place. The color combinations look beautiful. I love my living room and dining room areas.

My husband was here when they did the work, so I don’t have as much information as he would. We went to their showroom and saw what they had and they had very good quality products. I think their pricing was pretty reasonable when compared to other companies. Their service was excellent and we were satisfied with their service.

We were extremely pleased with price and workmanship. They have their own company guys who do the installation and they were terrific.
Description of Work: Bought new rug for master bedroom, they installed. They gave us a very competitive price and their installation crew was remarkably good. It's best if you know what you want when you go to them. They have a huge showroom, but you're somewhat on your own to go through it.

Company called day before and day of to remind us of appointment. Two workers moved furniture and stretched carpet. Job accomplished within 45 minutes. Finished product looks great!
