Description of Work: They replaced a 4-foot section of the main sewer line. It was completely filled with roots. He worked very efficiently, did the job in the amount of time that he expected, and his cost was below that which he quoted.

Joe arrived around 2:30, gave an estimate, and I agreed to the work so he was able to complete a number of items that day, leaving after 5:30. He returned the following Tuesday afternoon and finished everything else. I'll definitely use him again. The price was very reasonable and I appreciated that he started the work on a Friday afternoon. He worked fast and that kept the price low. He was referred by my real estate agent, so I trust the quality of his work.
Description of Work: Joe Fernicola made the following 7 plumbing fixes in an empty rental house, where all fixtures were provided by me: install new garbage disposal; install new kitchen faucet w/spray; install new shower head including arm and plate; repair leaking shower handles; remove unauthorized hot/cold water pipes installed by a previous tenant; fix leaky shower head; fix intermittently running toilet.

+ -1 moreIt went great! Joe called before he came over, he was on time, AND he fixed the problem. He is also a very nice man.
Description of Work: We had a faucet with very little water pressure and had had different people work on it to no avail. The problem started after a remodel several years ago. One plumbing company we called had told us that the entire sink would have to be removed. When Joe came out, he was here for an hour. He determined that there was something in the faucet that was blocking the flow of water. He tried simple measures at first and when those didn't work, he went in through the back of the sink (pedestal), took out part of the faucet and found the problem--a small rubber piece which had gotten jammed in the "Y" part where the hot and cold pipes connect. He was the first plumber we had out who was able to fix the problem!

+ -1 moreJoe responded quickly & stopped the leak. He then thought out the best & cheapest way to resolve the problem so that it finally turned out less expensive than his initial estimate. I appreciate his care to do the job as economically & efficiently as possible. I would hire Joe any time I need a plumber.
Description of Work: We had a water leak between the walls & leaking into the sub floor & outside walls. We needed help fast.
