Eventually got what we purchased, but had to "work" to get them as the customer service representative did not provide "customer service" and I had to work through the store manager to get the items delivered. Getting the store manager involved was no easy task either, as I had to "convince" her of the situation. Items were delivered piece meal, and each one had a problem that needed to be repaired and taken back. One piece of chair was delivered twice -- first time delivered with the fabric torn at the seams and soiled (as if it was dragged), second time to re-do the repair job. The sofa cover needed to be re-cut as the original was cut too small and the cushion was squeezed such that it didn't cover the area that it was supposed to cover. Once the problems were identified, a repair technician was scheduled to come out and either fix/adjust the problem or to assess the problem for return to the warehouse. However, the technician should not have to come out as often as he did -- quality assurance problems need to be addressed at the warehouse/factory, not by the customer after delivery. After all was said and done, the furniture is nice and comfortable, but getting to this point was no easy task. There was too much frustration caused by the workmanship of the furniture and the redeliveries, including taking time off to be home for the deliveries. Total time from order to delivery of last item: 5 months. Recently noticed that the ottoman that I purchased at that time is uneven -- didn't notice it because it was on a carpet since its delivery. Will call again to look at it.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUT US RIGHT AT EASE WITH THEIR SUPERIOR WORK. THEIR ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS OUTSTANDING. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
