+ -1 moreNo longer using product. Too much upkeep and cleaning required. No evidence of "health benefits" Still paying off machine. As a matter of fact. Seller's dog died of kidney failure even though on constant supply of Kangen water. No customer service what so ever. Constant need to buy more parts to sustain machine. Total failure, scam and scandalous business practices.
Description of Work: High Pressure Sell. Is Mult-Level Marketing Scam. Product constantly builds up with calcium deposits requiring constant a(at least monthly) cleaning of product. Enagic usually sells you several pre-filters to protect from hard water which fail to accomplish their purpose. This so called company is run like no company I've ever experienced. Constant pressure to sell, sell, sell. Trying to get ahold of so called "Finance Department is next to impossible" Had to have person(at the top of the pyramid) who sold us our "machine" intervene to get us a hold of somebody in such department to arrange payment plan as we could no longer afford our payments. Approximately $500 worth of payments disappeared from our balance requiring us to pay an extra $500. Don't even know how to recover this money.
