We live in a condo complex. We kept getting notes on our door that we were leaking into downstairs unit.Hired Clear All Rooter to be proactive neighbors. Got all our questions answered, found we were not leaking. Went to unit below where we kept getting notes that we were leaking into his unit. (We told owner that Clear All was coming today between 9-10 so plz be there so we could access and see damage). Owner decided not to be there. Christian left note on his door detailing the visit and leaving your business #. Balls in neighbors court to contact you. 100 percent will use you for any future plumbing issues!

Various plumbing leaks in house built in 1928. Waste of water and money paying for patch work. Agreed to update pipes throughout the house, including sewer lines. As my son said, they removed piping "artifacts" from the dinosaur age. Not inexpensive but in the long run should be cost effective.

I will say that they were very professional, told me the price up front, gave us some options. Price was a bit high but quality was excellent. Showed up on time and finished on schedule.

Honest,diligent and thorough on what turned out to be a very difficult plumbing problem that started out as a back up and ended up having to repair critical piping all the way to the city sewer line. Excellent use of camera and well thought planning.
