Description of Work: Purchased tile on multiple occasions. Very knowledgeable staff, good variety of tile, but they try and up sell and are overpriced. I went in with tile from a previous job, said they didn't have and suggested something else. After paying up front for the "suggested" tile, they found out the size was not available. So, at that point I was able to get what I originally wanted. I couldn't get a refund for the price difference. Had to pay for the replacement order and wait for a full refund for the other. That was a hassle.

Description of Work: I received inconsistent service from Cal Tile. I walked into the place knowing exactly the tile I wanted. Mimi helped me out and she was great. Very good advice. She estimated the cost of the tile I selected. I left to check some other places for a better price. I went back to Cal Tile to get a new estimate, because I wanted additional tile. The estimate I got the second time from a different salesperson was not in line with the first estimate. After a few days I talked to Mimi again and she did a workup on the phone. Her estimate was correct and I placed an order with her. | |I called a week later and asked them to call me when the tile arrived. They assured me that they would, but no call. I had to call them to find out if the tile arrived. The first time they told me it was not there, then he checked again and he said that it was and my contractor could pick it up anytime. | |I love to browse Cal Tile for their selection of tile, but their follow through with orders is not the best.

+ 0 moreTheir Caesarstone installer didn't show up on the day he was scheduled to, and we weren't notified. They ordered the wrong tile for both the bathroom and kitchen. Considering the high prices, we thought the service would be better.
